Hi you guys!!! I am Madison (MADBOOTY) and I am so excited that you're here! My husband and I (Nick AKA Nick the Trainer Dude) opened our facility in 2013 after we decided that the 9-5 life wasn't for us. We have PASSION for what we do and it's what separates us from other Personal Trainers and gyms across the country. We live our life with MAJOR emphasis on 3 things. FAITH. FAMILY. FITNESS. Our FAITH is important to who we are and keeps us grounded in trying times. Our FAMILY is the reason we chose the self-employed life. We have 5 kids altogether and grand-babies too! We are crazy busy all the time, and constantly seeking the next adventure. Our FITNESS is the reason we fell in love!! Taking care of our bodies by way of physical fitness is a number one priority for who we are as individuals and as parents. If we cannot take care of ourselves and our bodies, how can we possibly give care to others?
Nick (NTTD) started Personal Training in 2004, giving him over 18 years of experience!! Nick specializes in weight-loss and individualized nutrition plans, but also has a passion for coaching natural bodybuilders, both male & female, and has done so with great success. In 2017, he was awarded the "Mentor of the Year Award" at the Vancouver Natural followed by a personal win at the NPC Emerald Cup in the Light Weight Division as a natural competitor.
Nick's upbringing is really what he brings to the table. He has the ability to relate to every single one of his clients in one way or another, no matter their background. Nick rarely has clientele turnover which means he rarely has spots available. At this time, he is working hard on building individualized meal plans and workouts for clients near and far.
I,(Maddy/MADBOOTY) started personal training in 2013, the year we opened our facility. My background is in competitive soccer, cross country and track. I graduated from Lewis-Clark State College in 2012 with my BS in Psychology while running both Cross-Country and Track. Lifting was fairly familiar to me as a collegiate athlete but only intensified when I graduated. My body has been through so many different transformations --from cardio queen running miles after miles, to lifting intensely and hardening my body, to working slowly and carefully during and after my pregnancies.
I am well versed in many different training methods, I do not have a "One-size fits all" mindset, I am open to ideas you might have or things that worked for you in the past--or things that didn't!
Lastly, as a female I know that sometimes there are reasons beyond what you can see that could be the reason you are not losing weight or feeling the way you should. If this is the case, I strongly suggest doing bloodwork/hormone work up which can help speed up the process. I have done it myself and I am willing to answer any questions you may have!
Injuries are a bummer but they shouldn't keep you from an active lifestyle. After years of experience with movement of the body, we will be able to give you a good idea if what you are feeling is something to push through or something to take more seriously and possibly imaged to see what further steps need to be taken.
We have a great relationship with a local masseuse who is great at identifying and fixing anything from aches and pains to chronic conditions. We can also help incorporate any physical therapy that may have been prescribed to you into your sessions here at the studio.
We know you have many options for Personal Training, Meal Plans, Nutrition Counseling, Competition Prep and more. What we have that many don't is the ability to feel like you are part of something more. A FAMILY.
Our gym family is extremely important to us--They usually see our kids more than our own family does! We have worked hard to create a space full of love, laughter and togetherness and we can't wait for you to be a part of it.
I chose Nick not only for his training ability but for his nutrition expertise. Being a power lifter, I knew many trainers but Nick was different. Even though we were hundreds of miles apart, Nick delivered the fitness program I needed.

I have two kids under the age of two and currently an active duty military service member. I contacted Nick at the end of November and learned more from him in an hour about nutrition than I had known my whole life. I started December 1st at 16.3% body fat and after the first two months I was down to 12.5%!! Seeing results is the goal and that is exactly what Nick gives you.

Nick has helped me tremendously over the years with my diet and overall fitness. His attitude is contagious and I am glad to call him a buddy.

They are two of the nicest, most encouraging people you will ever meet. Their dedication to your success is immeasurable. Fitness is their passion, not just their career. After having my daughter and gaining 40lbs, I started my fitness journey with Madison. She has been there every minute of every day of my journey. She celebrates my successes and is there with encouragement when I don't do as well as I had hoped. Madison has truly changed my life and changed how I look at fitness and leading an active lifestyle. I now look forward to working out, love finding new healthy recipes to make for my family, and am well on my way to my 40lb weight loss goal. Madison has a smile that lights up the room, and Nick's constant positivity is contagious. I am thankful everyday for Madison & Nick for not only helping me obtain my fitness goals but helping me love life again. THANK YOU!

Nick is the best in the business.

Madison is so knowledgeable and always makes the workouts challenging but fun. I feel amazing when I leave and in just a few weeks I can already see a difference in not only my body, but my energy level and confidence as well! I'm going to turn 40 in February being the healthiest I have ever been!! Thank you Madison for changing my life!!!!

Newly diagnosed with MS, feeling completely down about life & myself, my husband came up with the idea to train as a couple with Nick for one month. I hesitantly agreed. Fast forward 3 months and Nick got me to run my first mile since I was a kid! I didn't think I would ever do that again especially after the onset of my MS symptoms. I went from barely walking to running a mile!! You can imagine how I felt inside! Nick was next to me the whole mile making me believe that I could do it even when I thought I would fail. Nick has been more than a trainer to me, he has been a friend believing in me when I couldn't believe in myself. Nick is more than a trainer. He has deep family values, a huge heart and is a caring trainer.
